Privacy Notice: Waitlist

This notice explains how Wazai Enterprise (119384) uses the details you give when you join the Bantoo waitlist, under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

Your name, WhatsApp number, the service you need or offer, and your state, city and area.

Why we collect it

• To tell you on WhatsApp when Bantoo launches in your area.
• If you signed up as a PemBantoo, to invite you to apply and verify your account.
• To understand which services and areas to launch first.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that run Bantoo for us, such as our database and messaging providers. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until Bantoo launches in your area and for up to 12 months after, unless you create an account or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop messages at any time, by emailing hello@bantoo.my or replying STOP on WhatsApp.
